Dock doors are where the light matters most and gets checked least. A dark dock is a loading error, a damaged pallet and a safety report, and none of those get traced back to a fixture.
Aisle lighting is the biggest single load in most buildings of this kind, and the easiest to over-light out of caution when nobody has measured what is on the floor.

Capture happens while you operate, asset by asset, and nothing is estimated to fill a gap. Where a class has not been walked yet, the record says so instead of guessing — so a partial survey is still a usable record rather than a misleading one.
